Mr.Zilkowski joined Chindex in 1994 after the company went public and has provided all the accounting guidance and SEC financial reports for the company since his arrival. He coordinates the accounting and reporting for all of the various legal entities in both China and the USA and provides management financial reports for the various business units on a monthly basis. Mr. Zilkowski regularly visits the company offices in China for both financial and internal control reviews.

Prior to joining Chindex Mr. Zilkowski was the International Business Manager for a medical publisher in Baltimore. He also worked as Director, International Reporting for Bristol-Myers Squibb in New York City and as a financial planning analyst for the paper company Champion International.

Mr. Zilkowski has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University (1979) and an MBA from Rutgers University (1991). He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

In 1998, Chindex was recognized as a finalist for CFO magazine's Reach Awards in the Accounting Processes category.

Mr. Yim joined Chindex in 2001 as Vice President of Finance, China Operations and a senior member of the management team. He is responsible for overall finance and IT operations at all Chindex facilities in China and Hong Kong.

He is a native from Shanghai and has been living and working in Canada for the past 25 years. He holds a first degree in Business Economics (1971) and a masters degree in Business Administration (1971-1973) from The University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is also a Canadian Certified Management Accountant (1985). Mr. Yim is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese and made his first career back in China since 1995.

During his 30 years of working career, Mr. Yim has been holding senior management positions at various capacities. He has been the CFO for a JV in Qingdao and the General Manager for a Fortune 100 multinational corporation in Tianjin.
