Ms. Lipson has over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the medical industry including pharmaceuticals, capital medical equipment and consumable products marketing and distribution, and hospital management.

Since Ms. Lipson co-founded Chindex in 1981, the company has expanded from its core business of capital medical equipment sales and marketing to medical consumables, healthcare related consumer products and, most recently, healthcare delivery. Ms. Lipson has been the creative force behind the Beijing United Family Hospital and the United Family Hospitals concept, and has been central to the implementation of the projects.

Ms. Lipson is an expert in many aspects of health care in China and has shared this expertise in many forums. Ms. Lipson has authored articles and often speaks on issues related to the healthcare industry in China. An active member of the business community in Beijing for over 20 years, Ms. Lipson sits on the Board of Directors of AMCHAM-China and on the Board of Directors of the U.S.-China Business Council, and Chairs the Board of the United Foundation for Chinese Orphans. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from Brandeis University.

Mr. Pemble joined the Company in 1984 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 1996.  From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Pemble served as Vice President of Marketing.  From 1986 through April 1992 and September 1993 to the present, Mr. Pemble has also served as a Director of the Company.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pemble was employed by China Books and Periodicals, Inc. as Manager, East Coast Center.  Mr. Pemble received a B.A. degree in Chinese Studies and Linguistics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ms. Silverberg began her career in China at the newly opened office of the National Council for US-China Trade. Subsequently she spent two years at the Beijing office of Sobin Chemicals and in 1981 together with her friend and colleague Roberta Lipson - founded Chindex International.

Ms. Silverberg graduated Phi Betta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Albany where she earned her degree with a double major in Chinese Studies and History. She has also studied at the Beijing Language Institute and Peking University.

Ms. Silverberg is an active community member in Beijing and has previously served as Chairman of the Board of the International School of Beijing and was a co-founder of and presently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Kehilat Beijing and is a Director of the Sino-Judaic Society.

Ms. Chartier joined Chindex in 2000 and has served as Corporate Controller
since March 2006.  Prior to her most recent appointment, she served as the
Company's Assistant Controller. 

Ms. Chartier has extensive experience in financial analysis in healthcare
systems, serving as Senior Systems Analyst at Children's Health System,
Financial Systems Analyst for All Saints Healthcare System, and General
Accounting Supervisor for Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital prior to
joining Chindex.  In addition, she had worked for almost four years at a
large public accounting firm in the audit department.

Ms. Chartier is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBS in
Accounting and an MS in Management Information Systems from the University
of Wisconsin.

As Vice-President of Information Technology Services, Mr. Fulton is responsible for all aspects of corporate-wide information technology strategy and the management of information systems' operations. Mr. Fulton joined Chindex in 2004. Prior to joining Chindex, Mr. Fulton served for over 5 years as China Manager in the Information Systems and Services division of Delphi Automotive Systems. Before coming to China, Mr. Fulton was a consultant with MILS & Associates. Mr. Fulton holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi College.  He speaks Chinese fluently.

Mr. Stryker joined Chindex in 1985. He is responsible for company wide administration of all representative offices and subsidiaries. He was initially responsible for sales of capital medical equipment and served as a Product Manger for nationwide sales and marketing. He managed the capital equipment division from 1988 to 1998.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Mr. Stryker's studies focused on political science and Chinese culture and language. In 1980-1981 he spent a year in post-graduate study at Nanjing University in China, and continued language study at Columbia University in New York City from 1982 to 1985.

Mr. Stryker has lived in China continuously since 1985 and is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in China and is active in community events in Beijing.

Mr. Xue joined Chindex in 1996, initially as Financial Manager and then was promoted to Financial Controller (China).  In April 2004 he was appointed to the position of Vice President for Finance and Controller (China). During his career at Chindex, Mr. Xue has been responsible for all finance and accounting operations in mainland China for Chindex’s Medical Capital Equipment and Healthcare Products Distribution Divisions, as well as all tax and audit issues for all Chindex entities in China and Global tax planning and cash flow forecasting.

Prior to joining Chindex, Mr. Xue worked in the Beijing Jinglan Hotel as Financial Manager from 1991 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, he served as Financial Manager and Financial Director for the PSI Company and ASI Company respectively.

He graduated from Beijing Commercial University with a B.A. in accounting in 1990 and holds an MBA from Rutgers University .

Ms. Zakreski joined Chindex in 1994. She is responsible for the company’s US-based export, business development, regulatory, and U.S. administration operations as well as the company's Germany-based operations. Prior to her current position, Ms. Zakreski served as Chindex’s Manager of Business Development for eight years

Over the years she has been involved in many aspects of the company's healthcare businesses, from managing the sale of equipment to China including through Export-Import Bank and other ECA-sponsored programs, to assisting in the planning and establishment of Chindex's hospitals. She has published and spoken on various topics related to the logistics of selling healthcare products in China.

Ms. Zakreski holds a BA in International Studies from American University and an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University . She speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Ms. Anne Marie Moncure’s love and devotion to the healthcare industry originated from her volunteer experience at Mary Immaculate Hospital in New York. She then acted as a hospital leader in the medical institutions of the United States, the United Kingdom, India, France (Saumur), Switzerland (Geneva), and has accumulated over 20 years of rich operational and managerial experience.

Her experience encompasses many aspects of the healthcare industry, such as advice to new hospitals and medical personnel, saved-expenses increase, improving the work efficiency of organizational structure, and output increase.

Ms. Moncure began her career at the Texas Heart Center in 1982 and devoted most of her work to HCA Healthcare. She then became vice president and executive director of the Northeast Area at Sister of Charity Providence Hospital Group in Columbia, South Carolina.

Before Ms. Moncure became president of United Family Hospitals & Clinics, she worked as managing director in the Indraprastha Medical Co., Ltd. (IMCL), which was a listed company in the India Bombay Stock Exchange. With her outstanding direction, she led Indraprastha Apollo Hospital to be India’s first hospital to pass JCI certification. Apart from her work in New Delhi, Ms. Moncure was also responsible for all the hospitals under Apollo in the northern regions of India.

Ms. Anne Moncure earned her MBA at Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. 

Ming Wong is the Vice President Chief Financial Office for UFH and his current position includes responsibility for leadership and management of the financial operations of UFH. Ming joined the United Family Hospital team in August 2007.  Ming has over 25-years of healthcare management experience within the U.S. Army military healthcare system, and the for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems.  Ming is a retired U.S. Army Major, and has his MBA from Syracuse University.

Wai Ho Leung joined Chindex in February 2007 as Vice President of Medical Diagnostic and Imaging Products, overseeing Ultrasound, Clinical Diagnostics, Women Health and Government Loans businesses, and as General Manager of Chindex Hong Kong, managing the overall operation in Hong Kong.

Prior to Chindex, he spent 18 years with the Kodak Co., working in the company’s Hong Kong and Shanghai offices in the Professional Imaging Division and then the Health Imaging Division, holding several senior marketing and sales positions. His last posts in Kodak included Assistant General Manager in the Greater China Region, and Business Manager in the Greater Asia Region

Wai Ho holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, England and an EMBA from China European International Business School, Shanghai, China.

Mr. Zhang joined Chindex in 1994, initially as salesperson for medical equipment.  Since 1995, he has been in charge of the Technical Service Department and Service Bonded Warehouse. His department provides pre-sales consultantation and after-sales service of medical instrumentation to a customer base of over 2000 hospitals in China.

Prior to joining Chindex, Mr. Zhang worked in the Siemens Medical Engineering Beijing Representative Office as an Executive Engineer from 1988-1993, and at the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as a Biomedical Engineer from 1984-1988.

He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with B.A. in Electrical Engineering on 1982.
