Mr. He has been an integral
member of the Healthcare Products Distribution development team
at Chindex since its inception and has accumulated a wealth of expertise
in the field of local currency sales and distribution in the China
marketplace. His responsibilities have included overseeing and negotiating
partnerships with sub-dealers and pharmacy partners, marketing of
Chindex's business and developing relationships with new principals,
ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, cultivating
and maintaining relationships with key government officials, and
intense involvement in the product registration process. A Beijing
native, Mr. He is fluent in both English and Chinese. He holds a
B.S. in Biochemistry from UCLA.
Ms. Lu joined Chindex
in April 2002. She has overall responsibilities for the entire
Chindex Logistics business unit, including supply chain management
for more than $40 million of flow through business and operations
of two Chindex subsidiaries with six different warehouses. Her business
unit also monitors compliance status for all products and customers,
and provides sales, costs, pricing and other business analysis.
Ms. Lu majored in electronic
engineering at the undergraduate level and holds an MBA from Tsinghua
University. With over 10 years working experience with multinational
companies, she has obtained in-depth understanding of and hands-on
experience with supply chain management, business operations, international
trade practices, customer service and project management.
Before joining Chindex, she worked as commercial director for Nordex
Gmbh, a German power equipment suppy company in Beijing. At
Nordex, her role was to ensure the commercially successful implementation
of multi-million Euro projects, as well as to manage a wholly owned
subsidiary located in Shanghai's Waigaoqiao bonded trade zone.
Ms. Lu also worked for Perkin Elmer for six years, where she was
responsible for overall logistics operations in China, including
contract execution, inventory control, TPL partner management, and
bonded trade operations.
Ms. Lu is based in Beijing.
She is fluent in English and Chinese.
