CHINDEX INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS ITS RELEASE OF FISCAL 2006 SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2005

BETHESDA, Maryland, November 4, 2005 -- Chindex International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHDX - News ) the leading independent American provider of Western healthcare products distribution and healthcare services in the People's Republic of China, announced that it intends to release its financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005, prior to market opening on Monday, November 14, 2005.

 

Chindex's management will also host a conference call on Monday, November 14, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time ( 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time; 12:00 a.m. China time) to discuss its financial results.
