CHINDEX INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS ITS RELEASE OF FISCAL 2005 SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2004

BETHESDA, Maryland, November 3, 2004 -- Chindex International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHDX ) a leading independent American provider of Western healthcare products distribution and healthcare services in the People's Republic of China, announced that it intends to release its financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2004, on Thursday, November 11, 2004.

 

Chindex's management will also host a conference call on Thursday, November 11, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern (North America time) 10:00 p.m. China and Hong Kong time to discuss its financial results.
